EPS (Expandable Polystrene) or STYROPOR is one of the best isolation meterials for heat and cold. Also is used for packing of the goods and some other applications such as food industry,engineering,agriculture. EPS is reliable, reasonable and recyclable material for isolation of the buildings.
EPS was innovated by BASF - Germany during 1950. And Styropor is a brand name of BASF. Today instead of Germany there are several raw material manufacturers all over the world and also in Turkey.
Our company was the pioneer in Turkey for EPS productiontechnologies; such as Blockmoulds, Pre-Expanders, Cutting Lines, Mixing Units, Pre-Crushers&Grinders, Silo Systems and Equipments since 1980.
The founder of the company Mr. Hüsnü Akkaya had many efforts and supports during many years to improve the EPS İndustry in Turkey.
The machines are build in our facility for EPS Ä°solation sheets and some of the machines are supplied from outside for EPS moulded parts. Our company also manufactures EPS moulds for all kind of shape mouldings machines
