Mechtrix Corporation is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of cutting and stripping blades and auxiliary equipment for the electrical wire processing industry since 1982. We are a one-stop shopping center for both standard and custom tooling for virtually any wire processing application or machine.

Our goal has been to provide our customers with a lower cost alternative to the cutting and stripping blades supplied by the OEM's. By employing a staff of mechanical engineering professionals who study difficult wire processing problems, and create "real world" solutions that work. Due to our technical expertise Mechtrix has become an industry resource for solving the most difficult wire processing problems. Mechtrix is ISO9001:2000 registered and currently has 18 United States and International Patents directly related to the wire processing industry. We are much more than a tool and die shop that makes blades. Our intent has been to spur competition by providing superior pricing, quality and delivery for tooling and equipment. We provide much more than just part numbers and tools, we provide technology to make your process better.

In addition to blades, Mechtrix is a leading designer and manufacturer of auxiliary devices and machinery specifically designed to increase the performance and efficiency of your current wire processing equipment. Some of these devices include wire prefeeding machines, our patented center stripping equipment, bench-top wire stripping machines, terminal carrier strip cutters, terminal reel paper winders and terminal applicators.
