(KKR), and Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) completed an acquisition of Toys "R" Us, Inc. for $6.6 billion. The acquisition encompassed all worldwide operations of Toys "R" Us, Inc., including the Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us businesses.
